What exactly is happli?
happli is a browser-based digital guest guide for holiday rentals. It brings together arrival information, property notes, contacts and checked local recommendations. Guests open the published guide through a link or QR code without installing an app.
Do I need to write new text for every language?
No. Write in your main language and select guest languages. Happli translates new and changed content, including arrival, help and personal place tips. Manual corrections are optional. Free includes 2 languages, Basic 3, and Pro and Property Manager 10, including the main language.
Which language is the host dashboard available in?
The host dashboard is currently available in German. This website is available in German, English, French and Spanish. The website language, dashboard language and the languages you offer to guests are separate choices or services.
Can happli find nearby restaurants and attractions?
Yes. Start nearby search with a location, category and maximum radius. It searches real OpenStreetMap listings in stages and shows the area actually searched. Select places and check their details before publishing. Availability and usage of this pilot search are limited.
Who can see Wi-Fi passwords and door codes?
Private sections are not included in the public guest link, public QR code or public offline files. You can share checked details through a personalised guide for a specific stay. Treat that personal link as confidential. It is time-limited and can be revoked.
Do guests see changes as soon as I save them?
No. Saving updates your draft. Guests see a new public version only after you publish it. This gives you time to check text, photos and design. Existing personal guest links do not automatically receive later changes to private details.
Can the guide work without an internet connection?
Public content can be saved as an HTML file or printed. Download the file beforehand; it reflects the version at the time of export. External websites, directions and current online features still need an internet connection. Private access details are not included in the public export.
Does happli replace my booking software?
No. Add stays manually or import iCal. Depending on the provider, iCal mainly supplies dates, not reliable guest names. Direct PMS and booking-platform integrations are not yet available.
What does it cost to get started?
Test access requires no credit card. Planned prices including VAT are Free, Basic €6.90, Pro €11.90 and Property Manager €28.90 per month. Paid subscriptions are not yet enabled.
